Shipping policy

If our standard postage is chosen your items will be posted via Royal Mail 48, this service normally takes 2-3 days after Dispatch but according to Royal Mails terms and conditions.

Our next day delivery service is a NEXT DAY AFTER DISPATCH and not the next day after you place the order, the items do have to made first as specified above.

Please note if your order is urgent and is needed within a short time frame, email us on info@catsicreative.com prior to placing the order to see if we can accommodate your request.

Please note Guest Books can take up to 3 weeks after ordering due to the complexity of each one.
